Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your tekkers products. 

If the product has a defect or manufacturer fault we are more than happy to replace this product and cover the shipping fee for you to get the item back to us. 

If you simply don't think the product suits you then you will be entitle to an exchange or refund but you will have to cover the shipping back to us. Also the product in no way should have any signs of wear and tear or being used unless specified in your original message. 

You will have 14 days from receiving the products to raise a query to anything you are unhappy with if its after this time frame then a return or exchange is not possible. 

Sale items please be careful when choosing a product as there is a no return, refund or exchange policy for these items.
